VINDOCS

VINDOCS creates custom reports from the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in Microsoft Word. Simply enter the VIN either manually or scan it using a bar-code scanner (support for scanner included in VINDOCS) and VINDOCS will collect data about the VIN from an online server and create custom reports in Word. The reports include a header that contains Vehicle Information about the Make, Model, Year, Body Style, Transmission, Engine Type, Front Brake Type, Rear Brake Type and ABS support of the vehicle. The rest of the report below the header can be customized. There are two templates already included these are Work Order and Safety Inspection. Two other custom report templates are also included. All four of these templates can be modified to suit your needs.
