StripTag 1.1

This tool tries to return a string with some HTML tag stripped from a given files. StripTag is designed to strip HTML tags from the file(s). The application can also be used to strip embedded JavaScript code, as well as style information (style sheets). Allow tags feature is session sticky, i.e. it will remember disallowed tag field, so you will have to type them only once. Note: The phrase “stripping tags” is a deceptively simple one. While it seems clear, people use it to mean all kinds of things. Some of its implied definitions have included: · removing some or all of the tags in a given piece of text · removing tag pairs along with enclosed content (i.e., removing links entirely) · converting tags so that they will not be parsed by a browser It is an error!
