The system is built to allow your support, sales, pre-sales, billing, internal IT, helpdesk, etc. department to react quickly to inbound inquiries. (Most do) · Up to 12GB Free disk space for growable disks. · Minimum 512MB RAM, 1GB recommended. · Updated to OTRS 3.0.10 · This release addresses 11 general bugs and one security issue. · The JumpBox should be able to restore from 1.1.8 and newer JumpBoxes. Users with backups from JumpBoxes before 1.1.8 must restore to 1.1.8, then backup and restore again from 1.1.8 to 1.7.0.
