Alleles In Space 1.0

Alleles In Space is a program designed to perform analyses with many different types of genetic data. Codominant genotypes (such as microsatellites or allozymes), DNA sequences, or dominant markers (such as AFLPs or RAPDs) may be used in conjunction with the program. Sample data files for each data type were copied to the directory where you installed the program. The sample dominant marker data set is perhaps the best one to use to get a feel for the program’s capabilities and the analyses it performs.
