3SAccounting

3SAccounting is a simple to learn and use, feature rich, entry level accounting software that can be used by a wide variety of businesses. 3SAccounting does not contain an inventory control module so many users tend to be service type businesses. It is not, however, designed specifically for service industries. The invoicing module can be easily used by a distribution type business that does not wish to control its inventory. 3SAccounting also contains many advanced features such as two styles of invoicing (service and distribution), multi-currency capabilities, multiple bank account capabilities and more.

Fully customizable, the Clarisys Desktop allows you to create workspaces that meet your needs. You can change the background image, the fonts, the colours, the size of the main screen, create shortcuts to options, create workspaces for each user that match the tasks that they perform on a daily/monthly yearly basis and eliminate the menu system altogether.

Create personalized workspaces that group options by tasks such as: End of month procedures, Paying bills, etc, using the Pages feature. A Page is effectively a second Desktop where you can drag and drop more Shortcuts. There is no limit to the number of Pages that can be created. Pages are unique to each user and to the company that was active when the Pages were created. Creating Pages is a unique way to simplify the training of new employees, create a more efficient working environment for exiting employees, and generally make the software faster and easier to use.

3SAccounting is a single-user system that can be upgraded to a maximum of 4 users.

3SAccounting includes: A single-user license of General Ledger, Clients, Suppliers, Invoicing and 30 days of technical support.
