Lodgit Desk is a professional application designed for the management of lodging establishments. Lodgit Desk is a new booking software that is suitable especially for small or middle-sized lodging establishments. The integrated SQL database allows for any number of rentable units in different objects to be managed. Lodgit Desk makes managing accommodations in hotels, guesthouses, holiday apartments, camp ground or youth hostels a lot easier. Using the graphical reservation schedule, you can reserve and book accommodations directly, manage the units and guests, write and print invoices as well as set up a differentiated price system for the future. Within the guest management, you can set up groups and attach notes to a guest profile. With Lodgit Desk, correspondence with the guest (offers, confirmations, invoices, mails) can be handled in different languages. Services and items that will be billed separately to the accommodation can be created as extras and added to bookings when necessary. Extra items that are added often, such as breakfast, half-board etc. can be linked as a package to a unit, so that they will automatically be added whenever a new booking is added. Lodging statistics, cleaning lists, catering list as well as check in and check out lists are at your disposal. Also, extensive analysis features are available (occupancy rate, RevPar, revenue statistics). In addition to the Lodgit Desk booking software, you can use the optional online booking system to receive online bookings and have them sent to your computer. Furthermore, you can define packages for specials, arrangements or seasonal offers to be made available for online booking.
